Academic Qualification & Experience:
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the footwear industry.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance of generators, cutting machines, sewing machines, lasting machines and laser machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure smooth factory operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans for critical equipment.
- Inspect and evaluate machine conditions for optimal performance.
- Plan and request necessary parts and accessories in advance.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and reports.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all machinery complies with safety regulations.
- Execute other tasks assigned by management.
