Additional Requirements:
Good understanding of machine operation and safety procedures.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Physically fit and capable of handling factory work.Preference will be given to candidates with experience in board factories (e.g., Particle Board, MDF).
Responsibilities & Context:
Operate and monitor board manufacturing machines (e.g., Chipper, flaker,dryer,refiner press, sander, cutter, etc.) efficiently.
Ensure smooth production operation by maintaining machine parameters as per production requirements.
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting under the guidance of supervisors.
Maintain production logs and machine performance records.
Follow safety guidelines and ensure cleanliness of the work area.
Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
Work in shifts as per factory schedule.
