• Good understanding of machine operation and safety procedures.

• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

• Physically fit and capable of handling factory work.Preference will be given to candidates with experience in board factories (e.g., Particle Board, MDF).

• Operate and monitor board manufacturing machines (e.g., Chipper, flaker,dryer,refiner press, sander, cutter, etc.) efficiently.

• Ensure smooth production operation by maintaining machine parameters as per production requirements.

• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting under the guidance of supervisors.

• Maintain production logs and machine performance records.

• Follow safety guidelines and ensure cleanliness of the work area.

• Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.

• Work in shifts as per factory schedule.
