Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaison with various govt. and non-govt. organization such as AC (Land) office, Tahshil, Sub-Registry office, Survey office, and other related authorities.
∎ Dealing with land-Survey activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights.
∎ Liaison with the settlement office for Map & Record.
∎ To understand all land-related documents (C.S, S.A, R.S, City Jorip, Deed, via Deed, Porcha, Warish Sonod, Wakalotnama, Dag, Khatian etc.)
∎ Compliance with respective Regulatory Authority.
∎ Providing appropriate reporting and information to the company in connection with the activities of the Land measurement, survey, and other issues.
∎ Coordination with all departments of the Company regarding legal issues as and when required.
∎ Initiate and pursue legal proceedings as required by the Company i.e., prepare writs, defenses.
∎ Review and provide legal advice on tender documents, ongoing cases, statutory compliances.
∎ Draft and/or review legal letters, contracts and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as requested.
∎ Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Gov Record survey, work with BC/City Jorip, Mowja Map preparation.
∎ Candidate must be the member of Bar Council.
