Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters in Psychology / Human Resources Management/ Management.
∎ Post-graduation Diploma in Adult Education, Human Resource Management (PGDHRM), Psychology, Cognitive Science or certification on coaching, counseling, mentoring and negotiation will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyse, design, develop, deliver and evaluate impact of leadership development programs
∎ Work with leadership journey participants to develop schedule, run and evaluate seminars, workshops and self-paced trainings
∎ Leading group workshops and coaching individual rising leaders and peers in required arena
∎ Create surveys that allow managers to rate their employees on critical skills related to leadership, such as influencing, negotiating, motivating and developing others
∎ Monitor, follow up and ensure successful implementation of leadership development initiatives
∎ Ensure successful implementation of leadership development initiatives
∎ Participate in appropriate forums (seminars, workshops, discussions, symposium etc.) relate to leadership development both in and outside of BRAC
∎ Design, develop and evaluate impact of core competency based learning journey for all staff
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years of experience in talent and leadership development, including 5 years hands-on experience in Organisational Development, Talent Management, Mentoring, Coaching, Counseling, Training & Development, Human Centered Design or Human Capital Development .
