Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction sector.
∎ Diploma in Civil/Construction with at least 7 years of experience as an instructor in a skills training institute or equivalent industry experience.
∎ BNQF/NTVQF Level - 2/1 in Tiles & Marble Works.
∎ Competency-Based Training & Assessment (CBT&A) would be added advantage.
∎ Prior involvement in skills development projects will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Facilitate theoretical and practical classes aligned with approved curricula, competency standards, and session plans.
∎ Prepare session plans, job sheets, and ICT-aided materials to ensure effective and engaging training delivery.
∎ Conduct formative and summative assessments, provide feedback, and support trainees in achieving required competencies.
∎ Foster a participatory and inclusive learning environment to maintain high attendance and support trainee success.
∎ Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment, ensuring proper use and recording of equipment, materials, and supplies.
∎ Maintain accurate trainee records and submit timely reports using appropriate tools and formats.
∎ Assist with budget preparation, documentation, and efficient training-related resources and materials management.Safeguarding Responsibilities
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action. Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ The SICIP-REHAB Project is a collaborative initiative by BRAC’s Skills Development Programme, the Finance Ministry's Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Program (SICIP), and the Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB). The project aims to enhance employability and economic resilience for 10,000 individuals by providing market-relevant skills training in priority and emerging sectors. It emphasizes economic empowerment and social inclusion, targeting women, youth, adolescents, and people with disabilities, to foster sustainable employment and drive equitable growth in Bangladesh.
