Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent should undertake the implementation as per the signed SOW (and its Annexures) of the T24 re-implementation project and its signed project plan of T24 Re-implementation of R22/ latest release.
∎ Lead the Implementation of Transact and TDH Modules
∎ The incumbent should undertake the implementation of Transact Data Hub (TDH combined with Analytics) with the alignment of implementation partner of TDH and align Transact signed implementation plan.
∎ Conduct the project plan timeline re-baseline
∎ The incumbent should have the cognizance of the central bank control points which have reflection in the client's business and the provided solutions thereby.
∎ Conduct the induction Training (functional/ Technical), BPA Session, Analysis and design Stage
∎ Conduct Process led workshop, Configure CCE & Setup the product in the ISB
∎ Conduct the company and multi-book, multi-company set up, GL line set up etc (as per the client requirement).
∎ Coordinate with the client to prepare Business Requirement Document
∎ Creation & Review of Functional Solution document to finalize and sign off.
∎ Confirm the Scope of Data Migration. Confirm/Preparation of Data Migration Approach Document finalize and sign off.
∎ Communicate with the client about the work around solution if there is limitation in the core
∎ Interact with the client to enlighten about their requirement and provide the feasible solution if compatible with the core or provide the work around solution.
∎ Analyze and resolve Functional errors in T24
∎ Liaise with users and departmental managers on issues and requirements relating to T24 requirements and training
∎ Lead, Guide and supervise the product Parameterization & configuration, L3 Customization and Local Code retrofitting, report retrofitting in TDH and Analytics
∎ Conduct the Data Migration Analysis, mapping and development
∎ Conduct Train the Trainer
∎ Conduct supervision and assistance as well as guidance of all cycles of SIT,
∎ Conduct the supervision and assistance as well as guidance of all cycles of Data Migration Testing and coordinate in the retrofitting to materialize the smooth Data Migration.
∎ Take the lead to supervise, assist and guide to complete all cycles of UAT (as per the signed project plan)
∎ Coordinate with the client during the End users Training if necessary.
∎ Lead the dress rehearsal for go live (as per the signed project plan)
∎ Lead to monitor, assist, supervise, guide the deployment stage (as per the signed project plan)
∎ Lead to monitor, assist, supervise, guide the project closure stage (as per the signed project plan)
∎ Attend meetings with system vendors and play an active role in systems development where T24 interoperability may occur
∎ Conduct meeting with TPCS/ Governance to update about the project status time to time.
∎ Attend the weekly project status meeting with the client and discuss and suggest the progress and the bottleneck to overcome and prosper and attend the monthly project steering committee meeting.
∎ Mentor & Support the Team
∎ Analyze and validate all Client business requirements and relate them to TEMENOS products capability (under TIM)
∎ Define and validate customization needs for TEMENOS products as per agreed business definitions
∎ Make recommendations on best banking practices to the Project Manager
∎ The Role Holder plays the role of interface between the project team and the client, and ensures that all actions are taken to fully satisfy the client within the project scope in all aspects of a business nature. They would focus on complex problems, and lead the Business teams in resolving issues, challenging both colleagues and clients and when required and demonstrate proven stakeholder Management Skills with all contacts. A strong "leadership" contribution to their aligned Centre of Excellence and input on product and process Improvement is also expected. To act as the point of escalation for multiple projects and where required understand client issues, challenge where applicable and present plans to resolve.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 65 years

∎ In depth understanding of financial and banking processes
∎ T24 knowledge all modules experience
∎ Core, AA Account, AA Lending, AA Deposits, Accounting, Temenos Payment Hub, Treasury, Financial Accounting, GL & PL, Corporate, TDH & other core modules
∎ Strong awareness of Industry and market developments, good overall company knowledge
