∎ Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field, having no third class/division in academic record.
∎ Must hold a valid land surveyor’s license issued by the relevant authority.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct field surveys to measure land features, boundaries, topography, plinth area of apartment/shops, identifying exact location, determination location on the current mouza map, etc. as per the management requirement.
∎ Utilize GPS, total stations, and other advanced surveying tools for accurate data collection.
∎ Analyze survey data and prepare comprehensive reports.
∎ Verify legal land records and boundary details to ensure compliance with official documents.
∎ Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, and legal documentation.
∎ Furnish survey reports confirming whether the proposed property is mortgageable by validating the authenticity of property documents and ensuring good title.
∎ Resolve discrepancies related to land boundaries and measurements.
∎ Ensure adherence to all relevant surveying laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
∎ Escalate queries and information to management within specified deadlines.
∎ Perform general legal services for the company, including providing direction on corporate and commercial issues, contract negotiation, and documentation.
∎ Provide timely and relevant management information and ensure reporting within deadlines for both regular and on-demand needs.
∎ Ensure internal and external regulatory compliance as per NBFI guidelines.
∎ Maintain excellent business communication skills and a strong understanding of land-related laws and the legal documentation process.
∎ Display strong analytical abilities to address challenges such as limited time, resources, or support to achieve objectives.
∎ Introduce innovative ideas to enhance productivity and service levels within the organization.
∎ Perform any other tasks and other assignments as directed by the management.
