Primary Responsibilities
Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor upon arrival.
Assist with inquiries regarding hotel services, directions, and local attractions.
Escort guests to the front desk or other areas as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.
Ensure a pleasant ambiance by coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance for any issues.
Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate to relevant departments if required.
Anticipate guest needs and take proactive steps to enhance their stay.
Liaise with the front office, concierge, and other departments to provide seamless service.
Assist with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and special requests.
Uphold the hotel`s standards and values by providing courteous and professional service.
Be knowledgeable about the hotel`s services, promotions, and events.
Build rapport with regular guests and VIPs to ensure personalized service.
Collect feedback from guests to identify areas for improvement.
Monitor lobby activity and report any suspicious behavior to the security team.
Assist with emergency protocols when required, ensuring guest safety.
Maintain open communication with team members and supervisors.
Record daily activities and guest feedback for management review.
