Primary Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor upon arrival.

• Assist with inquiries regarding hotel services, directions, and local attractions.

• Escort guests to the front desk or other areas as needed.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.

• Ensure a pleasant ambiance by coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance for any issues.

• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate to relevant departments if required.

• Anticipate guest needs and take proactive steps to enhance their stay.

• Liaise with the front office, concierge, and other departments to provide seamless service.

• Assist with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and special requests.

• Uphold the hotel`s standards and values by providing courteous and professional service.

• Be knowledgeable about the hotel`s services, promotions, and events.

• Build rapport with regular guests and VIPs to ensure personalized service.

• Collect feedback from guests to identify areas for improvement.

• Monitor lobby activity and report any suspicious behavior to the security team.

• Assist with emergency protocols when required, ensuring guest safety.
