• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in hotel management, including at least 12 years in a senior leadership role at a reputed National & International 4 or 5-star property.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations, strategy, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and operate the hotel in accordance with international hospitality standards.
• Oversee all operational departments to ensure seamless coordination and efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with hotel SOPs, policies, service standards, and statutory regulations.
• Drive profitability while maintaining superior guest satisfaction levels.
• Monitor business performance and take proactive, data-driven decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and key management staff.
• Prepare, present, and achieve annual budgets, marketing & sales plans, and capital expenditure goals.
• Develop and execute both short- and long-term strategic business plans.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and fire regulations.
• Represent the hotel in corporate client management, sales initiatives, and community relations.
• Continuously evaluate operational processes and implement improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
