We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations, strategy, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and operate the hotel in accordance with international hospitality standards.
- Oversee all operational departments to ensure seamless coordination and efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with hotel SOPs, policies, service standards, and statutory regulations.
- Drive profitability while maintaining superior guest satisfaction levels.
- Monitor business performance and take proactive, data-driven decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and key management staff.
- Prepare, present, and achieve annual budgets, marketing & sales plans, and capital expenditure goals.
- Develop and execute both short- and long-term strategic business plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Represent the hotel in corporate client management, sales initiatives, and community relations.
- Continuously evaluate operational processes and implement improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
