Additional Requirements:
Age At most 30 years (Preferable)
Experience in QA/PD with the similar role & industry will get preference
Candidates with certified training in GMP/GHP/GLP/HALAL and any other food safety related course will get preference
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be highly motivated to work in the plant
Willingness to travel as needed

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in product trials and development activities as per instructions from the responsible authorities
Prepare and arrange all required ingredients according to product development recipes before trials
Maintain cleanliness & hygiene of all utensils and work areas during product trials and coordinating with cleaning staff as required
Accurately collect and record relevant data such as time, temperature, material inputs/outputs and warehouse movements during product development activities
Collect raw materials and packaging samples from the unloading area and semi-finished or finished goods from the production floor in coordination with the QA team
Follow established sample collection instructions and schedules as provided by QA or PD supervisors.
Maintain detailed records and logs of all collected samples including their storage conditions and other relevant data in accordance with company protocols
