∎ Looking for an LAB In-Charge to oversee and carry out core IN-HOUSE LAB resources of this company who are willing to work in a challenging work-environment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure latest Test method validation.
∎ Ensure all tests of Raw Materials (RM) and finished products as per specification, and maintain to tag to them as approved or rejected.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about various Certifications like OEKO-TEX, REACH, RCS, GRS, BSCI etc.
∎ Ensure stability test of all finished products.
∎ Test the complaint products and find out the reason of complain and take corrective measure immediately giving feedback to production and marketing department.
∎ Test the return of products for re-use or rejection.
∎ Responsible to develop all kinds of washes such as random/acid wash, towel wash, enzyme, Stone-Enzyme, bleach wash, tie-dye, dip-dye, resin wash etc. and over dyeing.
∎ Perform testing of sample according to superior instruction as per buyer requirements.
∎ To conduct all the laboratory activities according to the standard.
∎ Monitoring any discrepancy in test material, method or equipment.
∎ Have sound knowledge of visual color shading assessment with fabric repellence test.
∎ Must have proven experience in R&D Department
∎ Must be able to work perfectly with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working Experience in similar post will be added in advantage.
∎ Strong mentality to work in under pressure.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Laboratory/ Testing
∎ Ability to attend Buying meeting & handling their requirements.
∎ Play as a team member for conducting day to day require of the Lab.
∎ Keep Update the entire Lab Testing machine by conducting regular calibration.
∎ Need ability to arrange LAB equipment's from well renowned sources as per requirements.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the Management.
