• Expertise in electrolytic anodizing, including bath formulation (sulfuric/phosphoric acid), process parameters (voltage, current, temperature), and coating formation.

• Understanding surface preparation (e.g., cleaning, etching) for anodizing, and sealing to improve corrosion resistance.

• Deep understanding of anodizing reactions and how to control bath chemistry for desired results (e.g., thickness, color). 

• Knowledge of optimizing current density and voltage for anodizing processes.

• Waste Treatment: Familiarity with managing effluents and environmental impact from anodizing processes.

• Regulations: Knowledge of accepted standards like ISO for quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

1. Supervise daily anodizing laboratory and production-related activities.

2. Conduct chemical testing and maintain anodizing bath parameters

3. Monitor pH, temperature, conductivity, and chemical concentration regularly

4. Maintain laboratory records, reports, and production-related documents

5. Ensure anodizing quality standards are maintained properly

6. Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operation

7. Ensure proper chemical handling, safety, and housekeeping inside the lab

8. Support troubleshooting and process improvement activities
