Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Textile Technology, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
∎ Graduate from reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Excellent communication skills in English, Excellent communication skills MS Word Excel PowerPoint, Leadership and interpersonal skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dyeing Finishing, knit composite, Practical Experience in relevant field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Knitting & Dyeing production to Execution from outsource/Sub-contract factory with efficient planning and on time delivery.
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow by balancing the sewing production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ To coordinate with the Merchandising, knitting, dyeing and Garments production team about fabric booking, fabric required schedule and production plan.
∎ To make necessary production plan as per the shipment schedule provided by Merchandising or Production Planning Department
∎ Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
∎ Responsible for pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, and market research and brand strategy.
∎ Analyze knit dyeing production data, production volume & coordination in material management.
∎ Execute production by maintaining all the parameters and ensure right quality including (Shrinkage, GSM, Twisting, etc.) as per buyer & company.
∎ Work with the other department for committed orders and monitor the production Critical Path regularly to ensure on time shipment.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ In depth knowledge on fabrics production including knitting, dying, all over printing, wash
∎ Analytical skills of understanding the Dyeing-Finishing Process and minimizing the rejections.
∎ Effective communication skills & Strong negotiation skills.
∎ Performance oriented initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems.
∎ Self-confident, smart, energetic and willing to work under pressure.
∎ Should have excellent people management skills
