Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in CSE from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT System Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adequate knowledge about Network trouble shooting of hardware and software.
∎ Assistance installation of operating system and application software in Desktop Computers and Laptops.
∎ Provide help-desk and on-site technical support of hardware and software Time, Attendance Machine & Software Management, PABX Basic Support
∎ Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN Internet Connectivity product (Switch, Router, Firewall, IP Camera,Printer, PABX, DVR, NVR) installation, configuration, cabling, and access control setup maintenance.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
∎ Installation of CCTV, configuration, Maintenance & troubleshooting.
∎ IT Asset Inventory Management.
∎ Should have knowledge of handling of ERP software, Microsoft Office, Web Browsing, Internet.
∎ Experience and training in data networking disciplines.
∎ Conduct IT training for basic computer skills and other applications for end-user.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the superior authority.
∎ Maintaining mail server
∎ Protect data in internal and external computing systems from unauthorized users and viruses.
∎ Provide support to users for File Sharing and Printer Sharing.
∎ Maintaining Employee Bio-metric Identity Management Systems. (BGMEA)

∎ Age 22 to 32 years
