You will be hired as Junior Software Engineer and will gain exposure across different areas of SDLC. We use a wide range of tools including React, Angular, Vue, Electron, Python, Ruby, Java, .Net, Flask, Rails, Spring MVC, Node.js, Socket.io, Swift, Java, Kotlin, Docker, Kubernetes, Postgres, Elasticsearch, GraphQL, Redis, Google Cloud, AWS, and gRPC. You may choose your own stack of technologies if you would like to explore by showing the passion, enthusiasm, and the will to grow for it.
∎ What`s Next?
∎ The Women Career Start Program is open to fresh graduates or software engineers with up to 2 years of work experience. Those who excel in the program for 6 months will be hired as permanent employees and will be entitled to all other company benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and performance bonuses and 36 days of annual leave with no flush policy, which means you can carry forward your annual leave to next year!

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Solid understanding of concepts like Web Services, SOA, REST APIs
∎ Effective and professional interpersonal communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Ability to tackle new challenges, perform proactively, and take ownership
∎ A constant desire to grow, learn and explore new things
Salary:
∎ Starting monthly compensation of BDT 30,000 - 55,000
