Company Overview: Agrivita Bangladesh Limited is engaged in manufacturing, packaging and marketing of different products especially food, milk based products, edible oils, bakery, chocolate, spices etc.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Officer/ Officer, Quality Control to join our team at our factory. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards, oversee production processes, and troubleshoot any quality issues to maintain the highest level of excellence.

Responsiblity:

• Work closely with suppliers to communicate quality standards, provide feedback on product quality, and ensure corrective actions are taken when necessary.

• Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and any quality-related issues or corrective actions taken.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.

• Investigate and resolve any quality issues that arise during production or after delivery, coordinating with relevant teams to implement corrective measures.

• Communicate with clients regarding quality standards and specifications, addressing any concerns or requirements they may have.

• Provide training and guidance to suppliers and internal teams on quality standards and best practices.
