Experience:
Sound knowledge in EPZ / Labor Law.
Collect grievance of workers & consult with management to resolve worker`s problem, complaints or grievances.
Personal file updating.
Monitoring daily floor welfare activity, if any problem found try to solve by the help of management.
Workers leave, dismiss or others issue which is against the law if observed, immediately try to solve or inform senior authority to solve.
Taking care all the workers personal files if needed any update.
Close monitoring workers harassment issue in the production floor.
Received leave application & Input in the software.
Support for the maternity benefit & relative activities.
Conduct induction awareness training.
Perform workers motivational activities as per requirements.
Some reporting ask by Head of the department or management.
Any special task assign by the management.
Earn Leave encashment.
