Responsibilities & Context:
  • Reach out to patients via WhatsApp and email to assist in scheduling follow-up appointments.

  • Clearly communicate follow-up care requirements to patients to ensure they are well-informed.

  • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with patients.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to address any patient-related concerns or queries promptly.
