Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in recruitment & selection process that includes job advertisement, CV screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining interview records.
∎ Perform Telephonic Interview and call Short Listed candidate for Face to Face Interview.
∎ Prepare job descriptions and specifications for the entire department.
∎ Conduct background check, reference check, and verify identity before confirming employment of the candidate.
∎ Maintain employee records includes personal file, leave, attendance, etc. according to policy and legal requirements.
∎ Preparing and updating all relevant Registers, Letter, Application, Agreement and drafting various types of HR-related letters and notices as required by labor law and organization's code of conduct.
∎ Provide ID card, Visiting Card to the employee in a timely manner.
∎ Organizing training program on a regular basis.
∎ Assist in Performance Appraisal System
∎ Monitor the Cleaners, Office Assistant & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
∎ Coordinating Office and Maintenance issues for general repair. Monitoring Bills (Rent, Mobile, Internet, utility etc.) and other expenses.
∎ Maintaining Health and Hygiene-related Issues.
∎ Monitoring Visitor Log and activities (recruitment, training) of any visitors to maintain Office Safety & Security.
∎ Liaise with external partners, like vendors, Security Company, Technician, Electrician etc.
∎ Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
∎ Ensure daily functional activities of the HR department by giving proper support and any other task as assigned by Line Manager
∎ Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality of all information at all times.
∎ Assist to administer the overall management of HR functions including hiring, transfer, termination, and separation of all employees.
∎ Booking Hotel, Air Tickets, Extend VISA validity, new entry Etc.
∎ Renewed company licenses & transport Management.
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the Head of Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work well under pressure
∎ Fluent English speaking will be an added advantage.
∎ Enthusiastic to learn and honesty is must.
∎ Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail oriented.
∎ Must be proactive, smart, self motivated.
∎ Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress.
∎ Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted time frames.
∎ Good computer skills-efficiency inn MS Office (word, excel, power point)
