∎ B.B.A/M.B.A (Major in HRM) from any reputed University with a good academic record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for developing strategic manpower planning, recruitment and selection of a business unit.
∎ Partner with business unit and align HR strategies, programs, and resources to achieve desired results.
∎ Analyze employee turnover trends for data driven decision making and solutions.
∎ Review the policies, processes, rewards and recognition schemes and implement the best practices.
∎ Identify development and training needs of business unit and conduct the training session accordingly.
∎ Evaluate and monitor training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
∎ Works closely with business unit to improve work relationships, increase productivity, retention and ensure smooth implementations of HR solutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Relevant Experience in any reputed FMCG company.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Very good analytical ability.
∎ Very good at MS Excel, MS Word reporting and Power Point Presentation.
∎ Willingness to travel across the country frequently.
