Responsibilities & Context:
Production Support:
Assist in daily production planning and scheduling.
Monitor production progress against the plan and update records.
Coordinate with the production machine operator to resolve minor issues.
Ensure production follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
Delivery & Coordination:
Track order status and ensure timely delivery to the customer.
Communicate with the receiver, crane operator, and delivery workers for smooth delivery.
Maintain delivery schedules and prepare reports for the production manager.
Operating the weighing scale whenever needed.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare production and delivery status reports.
Prepare coil-wise detail delivery for every truck/trailer.
Assist in preparing delivery invoices, delivery notes, etc.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure finished goods meet quality standards before delivery.
Report any deviation or non-compliance to Production Manager.
Support compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
