Job Context:
∎ Jakson International Limited (JIL) is the Bangladesh unit of Jakson Group. It is the authorized country distributor of Cummins Diesel & Gas Gensets. It is also the exclusive partner for Cummins Marine Engines and Gensets in Bangladesh. In addition, it is the country distributor for Hyster Material Handling Equipment, Cummins Alternators and Valvoline Lubricants.
∎ JIL is looking for a smart and energetic person, who will be responsible for all Admin & Office Management related activities of the organization and will assist in HR & Compliance related activities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all office administrative issues effectively, such as housekeeping, guest entertainment, office decorum, program arrangement, PABX system, CCTV, general electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentering, civil servicing.
∎ Ensure proper vehicle management by vehicle purchase, road permit, license, insurance, rent, maintenance & servicing and purchase of necessary spare parts, fuel consumption verification.
∎ Handle all types of vendors, suppliers or service providers by communicating properly & timely, by verifying quotation, by maintaining approval process, by monitoring work completion and by bill processing & ensuring payment.
∎ Source, arrangement and ensure payment of IT related equipment and its proper maintenance.
∎ Source office & office-paid housing for employees, coordinate its agreement process, arrange home furniture & home appliances and monitor regular payment.
∎ Maintain liaison with Government Office, autonomous bodies, law enforcing agencies and other service provider for smooth business operation as required.
∎ Update Cummins Legal compliance database and take necessary initiatives to keep all documents up-to-date within the timeline.
∎ Maintain recruitment and selection related such as CV shortlisting, interview invitation and arrangement, maintain post-selection process and appointment & onboarding process.
∎ Maintain Personal File of employees with all related papers and update timely.
∎ Ensure foreign employee's onboarding with proper documentation and accommodation arrangement.
∎ Arrange invitation letter, NOC, visa, ticket, accommodation, other required documents and fund approval for foreign & domestic travel processing of employees.
∎ Prepare necessary office notice, official letters and employee related letters.
∎ Assist in performance management process, training effectiveness measurement and employee separation process.
∎ Assist in disciplinary action against employees.
∎ Conduct exit interview, maintain its database and analyze its reports.
∎ Maintain necessary database and prepare reports & presentation as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should have at least 1-year work experience in Admin & Office Management related job with reputed organization.
∎ Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Team building capability and ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Ability to manage support staff like housekeeper, office assistant, driver.
∎ Handle office operating activities with skill-hand.
∎ Excellent communication skills

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Yearly Salary review depending on performance.
