Job Context:
∎ Jakson International Limited (JIL) is the Bangladesh unit of Jakson Group. It is the authorized country distributor of Cummins Diesel and Gas Generators. It is also the exclusive partner for Cummins Marine Engines and Gensets in Bangladesh. In addition, it is the country distributor for Hyster Material Handling Equipment, Cummins Alternators, and Valvoline Lubricants.
∎ JIL is looking for a smart and energetic person who will be responsible for the sales of Gensets.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate revenue from the sales of Gensets and SITC projects to meet the annual sales plan.
∎ Source for new customers through regular visits and communicating with others.
∎ Collect new inquiries, visit customer sites, and analyze customer details and requirements.
∎ Prepare the necessary presentation to present the product and learn how to send offers to customers.
∎ Build rapport, respond to customer queries & requirements effectively, and ensure timely support for existing customers by coordinating with other departments if needed.
∎ Prepare and maintain the client's database and keep track of inquiries, offers, and sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Must have good expertise in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
∎ Learning tendency and being able to learn fast about the parts of the company's generator brand.
∎ Smart, Energetic, and Willful to travel anywhere.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented approach to assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and team-building throughout the organization and outside of the organization.
∎ The incumbent should have at least 1 year of work experience in Generator Sales
