• Must have hands-on experience in servicing engines, generators, industrial machines, or material handling equipment for a minimum of 2 years.

• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience of installation, testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and overhauling.

• Ability to read technical manuals, electrical diagrams, and service drawings.

• Willingness to travel frequently and work at customer sites when required.

• Good communication skills to handle customers professionally.

• Basic computer skills for preparing service reports and maintenance records.

• Ability to work under pressure and resolve urgent field service issues.

• Knowledge of spare parts, lubricants, and service tools will be an added advantage.

• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

JIL is looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate for its Service team who will be responsible for providing timely & effective service solutions for Cummins engines in Dhaka and Chattogram.

• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, servicing, or repair of machines at customers’ locations.

• Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction by implementing necessary corrective actions.

• Develop service technical documentation.

• Communicate with customers regarding new AMCs, AMC renewals, and spare parts & lube oil sales.

• Attend field service calls and deal with customer queries professionally.

• Overhaul the engine with proper diagnosis and complete it within the estimated time with proper resolution.

• Send requirements for parts or lube oil to the concerned people to be sent to customers for service work.

• Communicate with the customer periodically to understand their requirements and provide timely solutions.
