B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in generator or capital machinery sales.
Strong knowledge of the manufacturing, RMG, pharma, cement, FMCG, data center, glass, health, etc., industries to identify opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office for managing reports, presentations, and analyses.
Hard-working, efficient, and interested in traveling anywhere within the country.
Positive work ethic and results-oriented in assigned responsibilities.
Updated knowledge of customer demand, market conditions, market penetration, segmentation, and pricing.
Designation will be based on the internal grading structure.
Sales revenue generation by promoting and selling Powergen and securing turnkey Genset projects, including supply, installation, testing, and commissioning (SITC). This role demands a proactive, target-driven professional with strong market intelligence, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term, high-value client relationships.
Generate sales revenue by promoting and selling Powergen products and securing orders for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning (SITC) of Genset projects.
Identify and penetrate untapped markets, acquire high-value customers, and enhance brand presence across strategic sectors and regions.
Gather and update market intelligence, including industry trends and competitor activity, to support strategic decision-making.
Build rapport with prospective customers by maintaining a collaborative relationship.
Prepare and deliver persuasive, solution-focused technical presentations to address client requirements and position the company as a trusted energy solutions partner, backed by after-sales support.
Identify new customers, respond promptly to customer inquiries, assess technical and commercial requirements, and follow up with competitive quotations delivered accurately and promptly.
Maintain structured follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into confirmed orders through effective negotiation.
Maintain timely product delivery, follow up on project execution status, and facilitate timely payment collection within agreed timelines.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database; prepare necessary reports and presentations.
