Job Context:
∎ Jakson International Limited (JIL) is the Bangladesh unit of Jakson Group. It is the authorized country distributor of Cummins Diesel & Gas Gensets. It is also the exclusive partner for Cummins Marine Engines and Gensets in Bangladesh. In addition, it is the country`s distributor for Hyster material handling equipment, Cummins alternators, and Valvoline lubricants.
∎ JIL is looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate for its Sales Team of Cummins Diesel & Gas Gensets in Dhaka Division.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate sales revenue from sales of Powergen and SITC of Gensets.
∎ Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining how products will meet customer needs and how satisfactory the after-sales service will be to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Follow up with customers repeatedly after sending quotations and negotiate in a smart manner that ensures obtaining an adequate profit margin as well as sales of products.
∎ Ensure product delivery on time and payment collection within the deadline.
∎ Build rapport, respond to customer queries and requirements very effectively, and ensure timely support for existing customers by coordinating with other departments if needed.
∎ Collect and maintain updated market/industry data as well as competition information.
∎ Prepare and maintain client's databases (existing & upcoming), keep track of sales, and update the daily visit database.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ In-depth knowledge of diesel generators.
∎ Dynamic and Smart Team Player.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented approach to assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to identify new markets and experience in selling premium-category generators to customers.
∎ Updated Knowledge of customer demand, market conditions, market penetration, segmentation, and pricing.
∎ The incumbent must have at least 6 years of work experience in Generator Sales or a similar industry.
∎ The designation will be based on experience and education.
