Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate / Masters / Bachelors.
∎ Certified SA 8000 Basic Auditor is a must.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Factory Evaluations (Internal Audits) against Buyer's Code of Conduct
∎ Audit Reporting
∎ Audit Coordination (BSCI)
∎ Follow-up on CAPA and consultation of factories during remediation process
∎ Daily pro-active communication with Director Global CSR Department
∎ Project Coordination
∎ CSR related tasks according to company guidelines by using profound knowledge in written and spoken English.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicant must have experience in: Social & Environmental Compliance, Local Labour Law, Internal Auditing for international brands.
∎ Certification as SA 8000 Basic Auditor is a must.
∎ Knowledge of the standards BSCI / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 is desired.
∎ Good English (verbal and written) is a must.
∎ Experience in project coordination is a plus.
∎ Solid knowledge of the BD Labor Law, Wage & Benefit calculation, H&S laws; Labor Contracts; Client Code of Conducts; International Human Rights Standards.
∎ Professional appearance.
∎ Integrity, loyalty and dedication to CSR.
∎ Consulting skills to help build long-term business relations are beneficial
∎ Interpersonal skills.
∎ Cross-Departmental coordination skills.
∎ Flexibility to work within Bangladesh and travel abroad when required.
∎ Profound knowledge in written and spoken English and Bengali are a must.
∎ Profound Computer Skills especially in using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are a must.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
