Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate / Bachelors / Masters.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting factory evaluations in terms of Social- & Environmental Compliance and drafting detailed audit reports.
∎ Coordination of 3rd party audits.
∎ Follow-up on Corrective Actions and offer consultation to the factories during the process.
∎ Maintain good and pro-active communication with Global CSR & Compliance Division in Headquarters in Germany
∎ Carry out CSR-related tasks according to guidelines and use profound knowledge in English.
∎ Project Coordination when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced Internal Auditor / CSR Officer
∎ Profound language skills written and spoken in Bengali and English
∎ Social Compliance, Environmental Compliance, Auditing, Project Coordination
∎ SA 8000 Basic Internal Auditor
∎ ISO 14001 Basic Internal Auditor
∎ Knowledge in standards BSCI / SA 8000 / ETI / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 beneficial
∎ Solid knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law.
∎ Project coordination experience beneficial .
∎ Solid knowledge in local labor law, wages & benefits, health & safety laws; labor contracts; Clients Code of Conduct; International Human Rights Standards.
∎ Professional appearance and consulting skills to help build long-term business relations.
∎ Coordination with merchandising department, Quality Assurance and Technical Management.
∎ Flexibility to work within Bangladesh and to travel abroad if required.
∎ Profound knowledge in English (written and spoken) and Bengali (written and spoken).
∎ Profound computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT).
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Communicative nature.
