• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
• Diploma in Architecture

• B.Sc or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),Architecture Firm,Tiles/Ceramic,Interior Design

• Assist in the design and development of architectural concepts, incorporating ceramic and tile applications for walls, floors, façades, and other surfaces.
• Create detailed 2D/3D drawings and tile layouts using AutoCAD, including patterns, material specifications, and integration plans.
• Support senior designers in developing layouts, visual presentations, material boards, mood boards, and other project deliverables.
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements, assess project requirements, monitor implementation, and ensure design accuracy.
• Collaborate and communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams (sales, marketing, production) to ensure that designs meet both functional and aesthetic objectives.
• Develop diverse and innovative design concepts, contributing to a creative and inclusive design environment.
• Ensure all designs comply with company standards, client specifications, and relevant architectural guidelines.
• Assist in project coordination from concept development through to installation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team & willingness to travel for site inspections and client meetings.
• Ability to work in a client-facing environment confidently and helping sell the product to the client from an architectural and design angle. Doing product boq based on client requirements 
• Possess sound technical knowledge of ceramic tiles, damp-proofing solutions, and related construction materials.
• Have a general understanding of civil engineering works, enabling effective collaboration with site teams.
• Experienced in working collaboratively with masons and contractors to ensure quality and timely execution of installation tasks.
• Well-informed about current market rates for masonry work and labor, aiding in accurate project costing.
• Capable of preparing detailed and competitive quotations based on project requirements and specifications.
• Responsible for on-site installation of products, ensuring adherence to technical and aesthetic standards.
• Frequently coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to support business development and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Maintain regular communication with site project teams to monitor progress and resolve technical queries.
• Willing to travel to project sites outside Dhaka as required by project schedules and client needs.
• Able to provide immediate, practical solutions to on-site issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
