Graduation / Master’s from any discipline.
Lead the Channel Sales team with a primary focus on achieving the annual sales Target of Glossy products while actively driving the team towards the achievement of Sales targets of Tiles.
Make production plans for Glossy Tiles. Share with Factory & follow up on progress.
Plan & set annual targets for all product variants & actively pursue those targets. Set Glossy product price (Retail & Dealer prices along with commission percentages) to maintain profitability & competitiveness.
Strategic planning & distribution of Dealers’ Quarterly/Yearly incentives as well as Employee incentives.
Supervise daily activities of all TSOs & Retail team members. Monitor performance & report.
Keep upbeat & warm working relations with all dealers & provide them all kinds of customer support to ensure ease of doing business. Monitor Dealers’ performances.
Check and monitor the market for size, price, and take of competitors and give a report on the overall market activities to HOD and to the Top Management. Follow the activities of competition in terms of new product/design/market development, marketing/branding/PR activities, etc.
Find out Branding opportunities in Dealer/Retailer outlets & work with the Marketing In-charge to develop visibility. Distribution of POS/Branding materials to all dealers through TSOs.
Work with the Design team to develop a new tile design.
Participate actively in the recruiting process. Assist HR by making attendance reports & distributing incentives/benefits/bills.
Work closely with the Accounts Department to keep all the transactions updated & to keep the ledgers clean.
Check & sign all bills before sending to HOD’s desk.
Handle Glossy product complaints.
You will review once in a month the performance of your dealers and TSOs and update the Marketing Head with a copy to the Managing Director.
As a Senior Personnel, the Company expects you to interact with the senior and top management with suggestions for increasing sales and better economic and progressive marketing.
You will prepare and submit reports regarding the overall activities of the wing and update the Head of Marketing & Sales weekly.
Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
