Experience:

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),Shipping,Garments,Cement Industry,Tiles/Ceramic

• Bachelor / Honors / BBA or MBA (Major in Supply Chain)

• Diploma in Engineering Mechanical or Electrical (Not Mandatory)

• PGD in Supply Chain Management will be added as an advantage.

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),Shipping,Garments,Cement Industry,Tiles/Ceramic

• To ensure quality work of all regular procurement planning and make purchases. 

• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in items of quality, price, terms, and deliveries with suppliers/dealers. 

• Materials source and market survey as per demand/purchase requisition and planning. 

• Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements and take necessary approval from management for procurement.

• Strictly follow the purchase policy and other policies of the organization. 

• Collect all types of bills and take necessary action to ensure timely payment. 

• Research potential vendors. 

• Maintain update records and purchased products, delivery information and invoices. 

• Prepare all kinds of work orders as per approved and instruction of the management and as well as update it to the authority. 

• Communicate with the suppliers for scheduled or expected deliveries and resolve the shortage deliveries, missed deliveries or late deliveries. 

• Keep connected with the vendor/ supplier through visiting the market and factories. 

• Update on the govt. Rules affecting purchase & providing information about the sales to the supplier. 

• Frequently communicate with the store team to make the appropriate quality purchase. 

• Ensure to take a purchase materials quality certificate from the respective sector or user. 

• Ensure monthly purchases as per approved demand within the deadline. 

• To prepare reports on purchase, including cost analysis and submit to the reporting line. 

• Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
