• A Diploma or Graduation in Graphics Design.

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Male

Tile Designer or experience as a Shade matcher is a plus.

• Should have good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Should have knowledge about Ceramic Color Profile.

• Clear knowledge about Ceramic Color.

• Expert in shade and color matching for Ceramic Tiles.

• Coordinate with Senior Designer, Production Team, QC Team ad come up with satisfactory result like previous production.

• Examine and match color shades accurately according to production requirements, product samples or customer specifications.

• Maintain detailed records of color formulations, shade standards, and adjustments for future reference.

• Use color matching tools, spectrophotometers, or visual comparison methods for precise results.

• Troubleshoot and correct shade variations caused by raw material changes, environmental conditions, or processing issues.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following company safety protocols.
