Requirements:

Skills Required: Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 25 years
- Only Male
Tile Designer or experience as a Shade matcher is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
Should have good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Should have knowledge about Ceramic Color Profile.
Clear knowledge about Ceramic Color.
Expert in shade and color matching for Ceramic Tiles.
Coordinate with Senior Designer, Production Team, QC Team ad come up with satisfactory result like previous production.
Examine and match color shades accurately according to production requirements, product samples or customer specifications.
Maintain detailed records of color formulations, shade standards, and adjustments for future reference.
Use color matching tools, spectrophotometers, or visual comparison methods for precise results.
Troubleshoot and correct shade variations caused by raw material changes, environmental conditions, or processing issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following company safety protocols.
