Job Context:
∎ This position is based in the Factory.
∎ The Incumbent will be responsible to successfully carry out the Training & Development Programs .
∎ We are looking for an Experienced, Energetic & Dynamic person to fill up this position which requires adequate Knowledge in Training & Development Programs.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all training./ Making plan for training need / Make yearly, monthly training plan/ taking approval from management/ everyday training schedule flow up coordination/ monthly training completed report making.
∎ Analyzing Training Need Assessment (TNA)
∎ Preparing Annual Training & Development calendar & implementing the programs as per schedules;
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and instructors;
∎ Keeping systematic records of all training modules, attendance, reports, training results, evaluation, meeting minutes etc. of Training & Development programs.
∎ Carry out any other tasks related to Training & Development for the whole organization as assigned from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
