Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up the style changeover.
∎ Method develop.
∎ Follow up QCO process.
∎ Sound knowledge of Lingerie Bra process & Active Ware.
∎ Response or full filled the buyer’s requirement.
∎ Responsible for any quality & technical related issues in production.
∎ Product categorization base on the criticality & give best solution for the betterment of the company.
∎ Responsible of review samples, measurement chart & How to measure.
∎ Develop and train the core team basically SMOs & motivate them for further endeavors.
∎ Responsible for attending key meeting such as pre-developments, feasibility, product screening, pre-production.
∎ Responsible for check the every style’s pattern before bulk cutting.
∎ Make the size set & correct the pattern with responsible pattern technician (if needed) & confirm the bulk cutting to avoid line idle.
∎ Responsible for fitting technology & garment technology especially on technical product.
∎ Ensure continual improvement of self & work process with the team.
