∎ Diploma in Engineering in CSE
∎ Diploma in CSE/Information Technology
∎ Skills Required: End User Support, IT Support Service

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IOS and Android base smart device support, Windows and Linux Operating System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent technical skill to provide efficient IT Support.
∎ Monitoring queues and distribute task among team members.
∎ Ability to handle the Top Management/VIP users of the customer.
∎ Working effectively increase profitability, productivity and overall client experience.
∎ Handling escalated issues from customers.
∎ Installation and configuration of different hardware and software.
∎ Managing 1st level end user support of Computer and Network devices and SMART Phones.
∎ Setup and maintenance of wireless devices, printer, scanner, projector etc.
∎ Managing IT Hardware Lab.
∎ Providing documents, reports, feedback & maintain constant communication to the immediate line manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Can-Do attitude.
∎ Ready to handle critical situation.
∎ Ready to work extra hours and holidays if required.
∎ Very good Customer handling ability.
∎ Good knowledge in report generation.
∎ Honest, punctual disciplined and hard working.
∎ Must be a team player.

Salary: Negotiable
