Additional Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and inventory/ERP software.
Honest, punctual, and highly organized.
Strong communication and coordination skills with factory and head office teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be able to perform any other store and logistics tasks assigned by management.
Responsibilities & Context:
Receive and verify all incoming fabrics, trims, and accessories for quantity and quality.
Maintain store inventory; update stock ERP Software daily.
Issue materials to production as per approved requisition, ensuring FIFO method.
Maintain accurate documentation for all receiving and issuing processes.
Organize and arrange materials by category, color, size, and order.
Monitor minimum stock levels and promptly inform supervisor for reordering.
Assist in monthly stock counting and prepare stock reports.
Ensure store area cleanliness and safety.
Support barcode/label scanning and system entry where applicable.
Communicate proactively with merchandising and production teams about shortages.
Ensure secure storage to prevent loss, damage, or mismatches.
