Responsibilities & Context:
  • Make committee (PC and safety) and follow up meeting agenda , improvement and record keeping·

  • Take care washroom, canteen, childcare, water supply, restroom, and maintain a register.

  • Helping all worker about leave and maintain a register.

  • Training all employees and maintain a register.

  • Work to develop a worker-owner relationship and good communication.

  • Work to get types of employees right properly.

  • Work to ensure good health and safe environment in the workplace in the all aspects of compliance including OSH, Chemical, fire and electrical.

  • To provide them guidance/assistance in availing Medical services, Housing, Education, Canteen facilities, and their legal assistance.

  • Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015.

  • To look after the provision of amenities such as dining, adequate toilet facility, drinking water etc.

  • To advise and brief workers on the use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety etc.

  • Involve in the manpower recruitment process and take new employees orientation·

  • Ensure all necessary benefits for getting all workers properly.

  • To arrange any kind of event management issues.

  • Ensure no physical or sexual abuse in the workplace·

  • Any other task assigned by supervisor.
