Responsibilities & Context:
Assist senior merchandiser with order follow-up and daily tasks
Collect/prepare samples (development, fit, PP, shipment)
Completing all work in ERP software.
Communication with buyers/suppliers/internal departments
Prepare booking sheets for fabrics, trims, accessories
Ensure timely follow-up and in-house of fabrics/trims
Maintain T&A plan, update progress regularly
Support costing, consumption calculation, order confirmation
Collaborate with production, cutting, sewing, finishing departments
Assist in quality control and resolving sample issues
Documentation and records maintenance
Monitor shipment schedule and arrange final inspection
Fulfill buyer requirements on time
