Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide IT support to end users for their Desktop, Laptop, Network, Printer, PABX
∎ Providing day-to-day L1/L2 Technical IT Support under Domain User.
∎ Diagnose, Troubleshoot, Service, Maintenance, and installation of computers (Desktop, Laptop, Servers), Printers, Routers, Switch, UPS, and other ICT-related Appliances.
∎ ManageEngine Service Desk ITSM tool.
∎ Installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting MFP devices.
∎ Attendance Access Contro, CCTV system of the company.
∎ Collecting new spare parts against faulty spare parts and ensuring the replacement of defective spare parts.
∎ Managing critical IT support for meetings, conferences, and events at the CXO level.
∎ Managing IT Support, IT Helpdesk, and IT Hardware Lab.
∎ Arranging warranty claims and after-sales service of IT assets to ensure service continuity.
