Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring smooth, satisfactory, efficient, and effective IT support.
∎ Providing instant and quality technological support to end users physically and remotely.
∎ Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of computer items and accessories.
∎ Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Software and applications.
∎ Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Email client and antivirus client.
∎ Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of smart phone.
∎ Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of printing solution of the company.
∎ Installation of OS on Windows and other environments according to IT policy by ensuring confidentiality of user’s data.
∎ First level troubleshooting of LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity.
∎ Provisioning, configuring, managing different services and application on cloud or own data center.
∎ Managing enterprise and standalone virtualized platform from production.12. Managing backup and restore of databases.
∎ Monitoring of the health and performance of hosts, networks, and applications via operations monitoring systems.
∎ Managing data center operation with the collaboration of the team members.
∎ Make sure all security patch and system environment updated as per standard.
∎ Create and manage diffident type of user privileges and permission on production system.
∎ Taking necessary initiatives from IT department during joining and separation of an employee as per official process.
∎ IT asset inspection, market survey and health checkup as per requirement.
∎ MRC (Mid-Range Coverage) call receive & distribution.
∎ Managing and communication IT asset supplier/vendor to ensure smooth service.
∎ Ensure compliance of established procedures, standards, and guidelines.
∎ Home support based on user's requirements.
∎ Taking ownership and decision making to manage critical situations.
∎ Managing IT support of Directors, CXO and VIP users.
∎ Ensure video conference meeting support on different platforms at HO & FO premises.
