∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Minimum BBA/MBA in HR form a reputed university
∎ Skills Required: Job Analysis & Manpower Planning

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, General HR, HR Operations, Payroll, Recruitment & Selection
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide new employees Induction & awareness program to ensure all rules, regulations, policies & procedures, disciplines and compliance related issues.
∎ Conduct Employees Grievance handling & ensure the work friendly environment at all.
∎ Counsel the absentee workers to reduce absenteeism.
∎ Ensure employees leave management & update Personal information system (PIS) accordingly.
∎ Handling officials & workers database in HRIS/ERP.
∎ Ensure & monitor good housekeeping of factory premises.
∎ Counsel workers to ensure health & safety related issues and motivate them to maintain hygiene in the workplace.
∎ Maintain disciplinary procedure (Industrial Relation) as per BLA & applicable rules.
∎ Follow up daily HR & Admin related activities as factory demand as per the company policy with strong supervision.
∎ Carry out responsibilities as assigned by the management in time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Sound knowledge of labor law.
∎ Proficient of MS Office.

Salary: Negotiable
