Job Context:
∎ Need to calculate SAM by both rating method & GSD method.
∎ Clear concept of operation breakdown.
∎ Expert in pre-production activities; process study, machine & folder readiness & manpower readiness.
∎ Must have knowledge on SOP making & implementation.
∎ Good in designing production equipment/tools considering Ergonomics.
∎ Able to draw full factory layout.
∎ High personality & leadership skill.
∎ Deep analytical skill.
∎ Good team player & high adaptability in any situation.
∎ Communication skill in both English & Bengali.
∎ Innovative/ Think differently.
∎ Computer Skill (MS Word, Excel, Power point, E-mail browsing etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure that the required competency is maintained with organizational mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
∎ Identify loopholes and weaknesses in production and IE department and assist to develop effective Standard Operating Procedures.
∎ To ensure line layout as per I.E bulleting and SMV.
∎ Analysis capacity as per SMV for running and new style.
∎ Follow-up Production Plan and hourly target.
∎ Check regularly Line Input and ensure sufficient input with discuss with concerned persons.
∎ Calculate NDT to minimize motion & set economic motion for operator.
∎ Update operator skill inventory report.
∎ Conduct Skill test program when recruitment.
∎ If any process fails to meet target then immediately help how to meet the target.
∎ Follow production schedule and ready for next styles
∎ To ensure shipment schedule for close monitoring and follow up.
∎ Evaluate the efficiency of production daily weekly and monthly.
∎ Motivate the worker for increasing productivity & efficiency.
∎ Bottole neck analysis to control WIP.
∎ Machine Requirement planning.
∎ Monthly budgeting OT (over time) to control it.
∎ To minimize production cost by reducing wastage and ensure maximum benefit.
∎ Timely attend morning meeting, input meeting and Pre-Production Meeting.
∎ Everyday arrange pocket meeting with production staff for develop production, efficiency & productivity.
∎ Check daily inline quality control report to minimize DHU.
∎ Style reconciliation report.
∎ Attend pre-production meeting.
∎ Production department KPI measuring tools analysis.
∎ Any special tusk which is authorized by the management to achieve the organizational goal.
