Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, production reporting, and Emailing.
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of color measurement (spectrophotometer) and lab testingBasic understanding of package dyeing machine operation.

Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Jr. Executive/Executive, Production (Yarn Dyeing)”.
The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities of the Yarn Dyeing section to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Check incoming grey yarn quality, count, lot, and quantity before dyeing.
Ensure proper package winding quality, package density, and liquor ratio as per dyeing program.
Develop lab dips and obtain approval from the authority before bulk dyeing.
Monitor dyeing process parameters, including temperature, time, dye & chemical dosing.
Ensure shade matching, levelness, color consistency, and fastness properties of dyed yarn.
Inspect dyed yarn for bleeding, uneven shade, patchy dyeing, and contamination.
Monitor RF drying and hard winding process, ensuring proper moisture percentage and package hardness.
Ensure correct batch-wise segregation and labeling of dyed yarn.
Verify dyed yarn quantity and cone condition during delivery.
Identify production faults and take immediate corrective actions to minimize re-dyeing and wastage.
Ensure optimum machine utilization, efficiency, and production lead time.
Prepare and submit daily production and quality reports using Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
Maintain coordination with lab, QC, planning, and store departments.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and quality standards.
