Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for motoring and supervising total payroll and enrollment management.
Responsible for maintaining & keeping all employee personnel files.
Assist in the recruitment and selection process·
Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps.
Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks.
Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
Responsible for maintaining, developing & supervising HRIS system.
Handle daily administrative operations, including attendance, leave records, and office maintenance.
Reminding & preparing the appointments, probations, confirmations, terminations, dismissal, promotion/demotion, increments and such kind of letters.
To ensure the maintenance and servicing schedule of the vehicles & Prepare work order for repairing and maintenance of the vehicle.
Support in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and station-related materials.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
