∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ PGD in HRM.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for motoring and supervising total payroll and enrollment management.
∎ Responsible for maintaining & keeping all employee personnel files.
∎ Assist in the recruitment and selection process·
∎ Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps.
∎ Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks.
∎ Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
∎ Responsible for maintaining, developing & supervising HRIS system.
∎ Handle daily administrative operations, including attendance, leave records, and office maintenance.
∎ Reminding & preparing the appointments, probations, confirmations, terminations, dismissal, promotion/demotion, increments and such kind of letters.
∎ To ensure the maintenance and servicing schedule of the vehicles & Prepare work order for repairing and maintenance of the vehicle.
∎ Support in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
∎ Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and station-related materials.
∎ Liaise with vendors, service providers, and regulatory bodies as needed.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
