Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking a dynamic and self-driven professional for our IT department as Jr. Executive / Executive MIS (ERP). The position " Jr. Executive / Executive MIS " will driven the IT team as a leader to accomplish the ERP solution as per the requirements of the company.
- Learn and deploy ERP software module in above level
- Developing presentation and user manuals of ERP modules
- Understanding and capturing of following process used in Planning or Production Operation
- Domain knowledge on various departments' function of a textile
- Responsible for Planning, Developing, Implementing and Managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system's life-cycle
- Ensure that relevant management information and processes are maintained, captured, analysed, and disseminated along with technical design and implementation while constantly improving processes in alignment with organisational needs
- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets while recommending improvements to various business processes
- Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs. Also need to lead the implementation of new organizational process aligned with ERP configuration
- develop, supervise and maintain web-based Garments/Textile ERP applications using PHP, ASP.NET MVC, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL, Oracle, JSON, AJAX, and CSS3 etc.
- Designing database, Query data and correct data from MySQL, Oracle and MSSQL SERVER etc.
- Administrating Database like MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL SERVER etc.
- Implementing full ERP system in manufacturing organization (Sales & distribution, Purchase, accounting, Stock & store inventory Management, Human Resources etc. modules)
- Write Complex Query, Stored Procedure to build Database Report or MIS Report using renowned reporting tools.
- Debugging the Existing Project Codes and Fixes the bugs.
- Analyse the ERP Modules Requirements from the user and prepare technical documents.
- Garments/Textile ERP Software Development, Implementation and ERP Application user Support.
- Developed or customize module as when required.
- Monitoring the ERP system on regular basis.
- Ensure schedule backup of ERP system.
- Prepare and provide users demonstrations and training on ERP system activities for capacity building of the users.
- Ensure proper Documentation of ERP system.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
Work with different levels of MIS reporting and its impact on business process.
Work with the different users at client site and developer.
