Employee Engagements, HR and Payroll, HR Operations, HRIS, KPI management

Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Call for interview and conduct telephonic Interview, Interview Arrangement & Conducting Interview
∎ Issue Offer of Employment & Issue & Disburse Offer letter
∎ Updating Monthly Recruitment & Separation List & Updating bank A/C information of employee in HRIS
∎ Update Monthly KPI Target, KPI Achievement & Reimbursements in HRIS
∎ Compiling Clearance for final settlement & Disburse Final Settlement letter and ensure settlement.
∎ Arrange employee engagement programs & Issue birthday mail in employee birthdays
∎ Post onboarding on social media & employee engagement programs on social media
∎ Brain storming in developing process & Sharing Ideas from your position from any development procedure
∎ Prepare various Types of report as required by Management
∎ Assist actively in training activities to complete yearly training target
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command over MS Excel/PPT/Word
∎ Problem solving skill & analytical skill
∎ Good command over social media
∎ Ability to work under stress;
∎ Continuous learning & Attitude to work with Team
