Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Mobile phone assembling, Mobile phone repairing, Mobile Servicing, Trouble Shooting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make Audit plan of responsible Service Center
∎ Planning and constructing a team of after-sales
∎ Improvement plan of customer's satisfaction and agent satisfaction rate and service development
∎ Plan for bounce control, improve repair quality
∎ Training arrangement for skill development of Subordinate colleague
∎ Ensure smooth day-to-day CarlCare service center
∎ Reporting to Responsible ASM
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Be smart, dynamic and proactive with critical thinking & approach
∎ Should be a good team player with good interpersonal skills
Salary: Negotiable
