∎ Job Location : Vogra , Gazipur

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Based on manpower planning / replacement Job circular / sourcing (internally & externally) Shortlisted CV, Arrange interview , Co-operate the interview process, taken approval and Prepare offer letter for selected candidate
∎ 2) Conduct the joining & Exit formalities with fill up different from and check all joining documents. Arrange new joiner seating arrangement, attendance finger, Banking account , Stationary, computer, ID card, business card etc.
∎ 3) Coordinate & Conduct third party interview, medical test, joining and arrange replacement of absenteeism / exit
∎ 4) Handling staff/ workers database-file info, keep records leaves and attendance management & OT verify
∎ 5) Assist the head of HR to Identifying Training needs analysis (TNA) of employees by evaluating strengths and weaknesses and organization needs or business goal / Gap Analysis & Prepare training calendar monthly
∎ 6) Conduct the orientation & awareness program for the employees to educate them about the rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety; first aid, policies, procedures and discipline
∎ 7) Handle the Disciplinary action and Grievance
∎ 8) Arrange and coordinate Different training, People engagement program, PC committee and safety committee election and activities.
∎ 9) Anything assigned by Management

Salary:

∎ Salary Disbursement on or Before 27 of each month Corporate Bank account on Standard Chartered Bank or Dutch Bangla bank.
