∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fire and Safety, Health and Safety, HR and compliance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicant should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and Labor rules.
∎ Preparing, organizing and managing factory for different compliance and certification audits.
∎ Ensure compliance on different types of safety & health and preparing related documents.
∎ Developing compliance policies, communicating with others, implementing and periodically reviewing those as per local law & different buyer code of conducts.
∎ Preparing corrective action plan (CAP) as per findings/ observations/ recommendations of concerned audit and submitting the CAP to the audit team on time.
∎ Following up all corrective actions implemented as per CAP submitted regularly.
∎ Managing general HR policies strongly.
∎ Organizing training/awareness session regularly, counseling & motivating factory workers.
∎ Additional tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be smart, energetic, hard working and proactive.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
∎ Should have fluency in both verbal and written English
∎ Must have computer literacy
∎ Ability to work under pressure
